Hallo shelago. Es war für mich undeutlich wo meine packet ist geblieben. Ihr sagte das mit Deutsche Post geschikt war. Leiter is es undeutlich welches geschäft es in die Niederlande lievert. Website sagt DHL. Nichts gefunden. Heute hab ich in mehere geschäften gesucht. Es sollte geliefert werden mit PostNL. Ich konnte das nicht wissen. PostNL hat auf keine weisse information gegeben. Keine email und keine notification im postfach. Weil die undeutlichkeiten, habe ich mit paypal versucht mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Das ist nicht gelungen. Mit den PostNL app habe ich neue info gefunden das mein packet zurückgesunden ist. Ich kann die Versandkosten nochmahl Zahlen wenn ihr es nochmal schickt. Ich hoffe dass Sie meine Entschuldigung akzeptieren können.
