1) PAYMENT & ORDER
With a user account you have access to your current order.
You can use all payment options that are displayed at the end of the website!
After we have checked your order and received your payment, we will start to manufacture your product. Your product will then be sent to the address you specified with DHL, Die Post or UPS. You can get more information in your user account.
You can check the progress of your order in your user account.
If you let us know in time, we can of course change that.
2) APPEARANCE, MATERIAL & FUNCTION
It's very simple! You just have to adjust the watch to the size of your wrist. The instructions and the tools are in the packaging. Or you can press the small plug on the side inwards.
The watch is splash proof but not waterproof! So please don't go diving with it :) Otherwise the watch can be worn all day. Wooden watches: However, you must not forget that the watch is made of wood and is therefore a soft material.
Each clock is suitable for adjusting the size! You will get tool to adjust the size for your wrist!

Each product is handmade and unique, each wood, each stone has a different grain.
With the tool included. Simply push out the pin with the needle. If that doesn't work try hitting the needle lightly.
925 silver is the name for 92.5% silver. In most advertised products you will find the stamp in small letters on the inside of a product. If you cannot find one, please contact us!
Stainless steel or copper is usually silver or gold plated. This makes all products durable.
In this variant, the material is usually gold-plated on 18 carat gold in our case stainless steel.
3) PRODUCTION & STORAGE
Sustainable and small stocks. We pay attention to our environment in every respect!

It costs around €12 to plant a tree in Germany. 5 bracelets = 1 tree 1 watch = 1 tree 2 sunglasses = 1 tree. And at the end of each year 10% as compensation of the profit.
Unfortunately, no engravings are currently possible with us. We ask for your understanding.
4) SHIPPING
We generally ship our products with DHL, Die Post or UPS. If you have problems with DHL, Die Post or UPS in your area, let us know and we will ship your product with another carrier.
Unfortunately, we have no access to the speed of shipping! And no influence either. Unfortunately, the shipping service providers have been completely overloaded since Corona. Please be patient! Every package arrives! If there is any problem, we will be contacted! And we will keep you updated!
Unfortunately, the shipping routes are currently totally overloaded. The Post and DHL are currently providing information that up to 14 days can be expected in individual cases. Therefore we ask for patience. Everything arrives! And if there are other problems, such as an incorrect address, we as a DHL partner will get everything back and let you know! Do not worry. As a manufactory, we stand for a very high level of customer satisfaction!
We ship the orders as usual. Some countries may experience some shipment delays due to the state of alert. Stay healthy!
We ship all our products via: DHL, Die Post and UPS
Currently, many tracking numbers are indicated as "Delivered". DON'T WORRY, this is just a postal outage, your package will arrive! It will only be delayed by 1-2 working days! (This applies to 98% of all cases)
First of all, don't worry! We'll be happy to send the package to you again! However, we won't cover any additional shipping costs. Why? Shipping is extremely expensive for us as a small company. We ask for your understanding.
5) COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Because all of our products are handmade, on rare occasions, errors could occur. In any case, please follow our information in the cancellation policy!
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused. Please fill out the cancellation form and send the product and the form to the address provided. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We are sorry that your product did not work. So that we can continue to improve, send us your feedback in the contact area.
An exchange is possible, but not very conducive to sustainable action. As soon as the product reaches us, you will either get your money back or a replacement product! In any case, please follow our information in the cancellation policy!
No problem! Use the cancellation form! 1. Print 2. Fill in with the desired size 3. Pack the item as it arrived 4. Postage 5. Send it back 6. (1-3 working days processing time) Once received, it will be re-sent!

7) OUR WORKSHOP HELPS
Press the earring needle slightly inward or outward.
» Keep dry! Do not bathe/shower or spray perfume on it.
» Apply makeup and hairspray BEFORE you put on your jewelry.
» If necessary, clean carefully with a clean, soft cloth.
